To submit your funding application, fill in the following fields and upload the required documents.
Please refer to the file format requirements listed in the Application Guide in the "Deadlines" section. Documents MUST be submitted in the required format - DO NOT convert documents to PDF format.
STATEMENT OF INTENT
When submitting the Statement of Intent, you are not required to zip the file.
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS
When submitting your Proposal documents, please submit them as 1 or 2 zipped files with the following documents submitted in each zipped file:
Zipped File #1:
- Document #2: Project Proposal
- Document #3: Project Technical Milestones
- Document #4: Project Budget
- Document #5: Draft Commercialization Roadmap
- Document #6: Team Member Resumes
- Document #7: (Optional) Letters of Support
Zipped File #2 (U.S.-BASED EARLY-STAGE COMPANY TRACK APPLICANTS only):
- Document #8a: Organization Chart
- Document #8b: Capitalization Table
- Document #8c: Budget Documents
- Document #8d: Financial Documents
- Document #8e: Company Information
NOTE: Documents #8b, #8c and #8d should be in the same Excel file, on different sheets.
